How to keep stretched

Its important to keep stretched even when you are off because it keeps your muscles flexible and it helps then so they don’t tense up on you. It helps you to keep your muscles warm for when you are about to work out. It also keeps those muscles loose for when you are able to get back to your sports and activities that you do on a day to day basis.

When stretching you need to start slow and with simple stretches that make you feel comfortable but enough so you can feel a stretch. You don’t want it to hurt when you are stretching, you want to feel a little bit of a pull but not to the point of pain. There are many stretches that you are going to want to do and that is going to be doing an easy stretch to the upper body and a deeper stretch to the lower half of your body. By doing these stretches you will feel less stiff and also you will be able to feel more relaxed.

You should be stretching when you are feeling stressed out and when you are feeling overwhelmed. There are many ways to stretch and you should  be starting slow and with what feels comfortable to you and you are to build up the stretches as you go, and the stretches should be easier as you continue to do them. When stretching each stretch should be held between 10-20 seconds each side. This allows for your muscles to warm up and lengthen which allows you to get a deeper stretch and get lower to the ground. You should be stretching on a hard and flat surface.

You will be able to move and put yourself in different positions.

You can get hurt if you push yourself to hard so make sure you are starting slow and getting lower every time you are stretching. To improve your ability to move and push your body to do different things. By stretching you are able to relieve tension in your body and if you are feeling any sort of pain and soreness stretching it out is one of the best things to do for it and it can make you feel so much better.             When you stretch it will reduce the risk of injury and it can make you feel better because you are not sore and feel good. When you continue to stretch it keeps your muscles flexible and it also makes them healthier. Stretching can also help with the joint range in motion in your joints. This can also improve the circulation in your body, it increases the blood flow to your muscles, and it shortens the recovery process when your injury a muscle or even tare a muscle. This creates muscle tissue and you can reduce that by stretching and make the circulation which helps reduce the tissue and helps it heal faster than it would if you just left it to try and heal on its own.

How to Straighten your Hair

This is a good video for when you are just learning how to straighten your hair, because in the video I explain how to do it where you are not going to hurt yourself. When straightening your hair you need to be careful because the straightener is how and can burn you. The reason you are using a heat protecting spray is to protect your hair from the heat so you don’t burn your hair. Using a clip helps you get a better straighten to eat section of hair. By using a brush it gets all the big knots out of your hair. The comb helps get the little knots after you have separated your hair into the sections. With this video young children will be able to know what steps they need to do, to make sure their hair stays healthy and that they stay safe when using hot tools near their heads. This also teaches them some responsibility and confidence that they can do things on their own.

What is Public Relations

Public Relations is when you are trying to build a relationship with the community. We are also trying to build that same relationship with the public and a company that you are working for. You are protecting and creating an image for the company that you are working for. When creating an image for yourself you need to point out what you are good at. Public Relations is when you are working on building the relationship with the people around you. Tenille Townes: Music Moment Podcast

The artist that I choose to do is Tenille Townes. The reason for this choice is because I think that she is an amazing artist and her songs are really good. She is a Canadian Country singer and song writer. The three songs of hers that I picked are Jersey on the wall, Somebody’s Daughter, and Where are you. The reason for picking these songs are because Where are you isn’t a popular song but it’s one of her newest songs. Jersey on the wall is my favourite song that she has so I had to choose it but I also like the reasoning behind the making of the song. Somebody’s Daughter was written in her hometown about a charity that she put together when she was 9 years old with the help of her mom.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
